Riyad Wahib is a seasoned investment and strategy executive with over a decade of experience navigating Saudi Arabia's dynamic investment landscape. A graduate of the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business, Riyad combines deep local market knowledge with international best practices.
As a prior executive with companies backed by Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund (PIF) and major institutional investors like GOSI, he headed flagship capital mandates for a mega real estate development valued at over SR 100B.
His hands-on experience includes leading multi-organizational teams of investment banks, legal counsels, and management consultants to drive complex transactions and strategic initiatives to successful completion.
In his leadership roles, Riyad has successfully structured and executed complex investment deals including the largest securitized mortgage pool sale of its time, which garnered international media attention.
